Karingal Green is designed with our residents in mind, with spacious living areas that are warm and welcoming, alongside beautifully appointed living and dining areas.
The community is designed with the social and wellness hub central to all accommodation. The grand hall, with double height glass windows opens onto the village green, while the large landscaped gardens, where residents will have the opportunity to dine and socialise under the canopies of mature trees, is another focal point.
There are shared luxury facilities including a cinema, hair salon, library, café, hydrotherapy pool, gymnasium and wellness centre. Our private dining room is also available to invite friends and family over to celebrate a special occasion.
We cater for a variety of care needs and preferences across the five different room types offered at Karingal Green. We have both single and companion rooms, with the companion rooms able to be configured for couples. Our companion rooms are also available as a single suite.
Classic Single Room
The Classic Single Room at Karingal Green is a high quality accommodation located in either the North and South ground floor residences. Each room has high quality vistas over the parkland, natural bush or internal gardens, as well as easy access to both internal and outdoor common areas.

These rooms are designed to be flexible. With a maximum of two people, they can be configured with two beds or with a king bed for couples.
These rooms can also be converted into a suite for those wishing to take on a larger single room, with a lounge area.
