Whole of person well-being
We believe that our customers are entitled to the highest standards of care, a comfortable, secure and home-like environment and an optimal quality of life.
When it comes to care, we embrace what makes every person unique – from likes and habits to culture and hobbies. We care for people from all walks of life, and ensure that every individual in our care feels safe and secure.
It is our quest to provide care that enables people to live their life the way they choose, focusing on a whole-of-person care program, attending to a person’s physical, emotional, social, cultural, spiritual, financial and environmental wellbeing.
Care to suit you
Our accommodation and care options consider the varying needs of older Australians and include high and low care options for individuals and couples; specialised care services, including dementia care and people living with Parkinson’s; and home care services for those that choose to remain in a residence of their choice for as long as they are able.
You can rest assured that you or your loved one will be well-looked after by our compassionate and dedicated care teams, with the added peace of mind of 24-hour care by registered nurses, who are supported by an interdisciplinary care team.
Compassionate people, dedicated to care
When you are with us at Karingal Green, you are part of our family.
We work to create an environment that’s loving, caring and supportive, and our staff are compassionate professionals dedicated to providing the highest standards of clinical care.
Karingal Green’s interdisciplinary care team is led by the executive director of Nursing and includes registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal carers, service staff, a speech pathologist, occupational therapists, dieticians and physiotherapists.
This extensive team will be supported with regular access to local health practitioners including GPs, specialist medical practitioners, podiatrists and optometrists.
Ongoing investment in research, training and innovation ensures that our entire team is kept up-to-date on the delivery of best-practise, contemporary aged care.
To support this commitment, an in-house clinical educator will provide ongoing training and support to our nurses, ensuring that we are developing the clinical leaders of the future.
